The San Francisco Dance Center welcomes Group Visits from around the country. The Center has established a reputation of excellence through its outstanding staff of teachers, musicians, choreographers, and artistic directors. Centrally located at the BART Civic Center Station, SFDC includes six professionally equipped studios and a Gryotonic® center. Our goal is to offer excellent technical training and to foster the artistic growth of dancers.
We offer both access to our open classes and the opportunity to have classes created for your group. We will work with you to design a curriculum that is tailored to your students' needs.
To qualify, you must have at least 10 in your group, students should be at least twelve years old and be taking at least two classes during your visit.
Regular Open Classes: We offer open classes in ballet, modern, jazz, fusion, tap, and ethnic dance; something for everyone's interests.
Private Master Classes: We can provide classes at any level of ballet, modern, jazz, fusion, tap, flamenco, and other dance forms. Private classes are recommended for large groups or for those seeking more intensive training.
Lecture/Discussion: San Francisco Gyrotonic® is located in our Center and partners with us to offer Gyrokinesis® classes, Gyrotonic® group sessions and lectures on nutrition, injury prevention and injury care to visiting groups.

Minimum of 20 classes $12.00 per class
Minimum of 50
classes $11.00 per class, two free classes for Group Leader.
Minimum
of 100 classes $10.00 per class, five free classes for the Group
Leader.
Private Master Classes
Ten student minimum.
60 Minute Class $20.00 per student
90 Minute Class $25.00 per student
Accompanist Fee $25.00 per hour
One Observer No charge
Additional Observers (with teachers prior approval)
$12.50 each
Lecture/Discussion
Ten student minimum. Priced individually on a per student per hour basis.
Refund policy
Final payment is non-refundable. Any late cancellations will result in an Administrative Fee.
